1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Tags must still be attached, and items should be in the original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 03 days of receiving your order.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
Please Note: The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
4. Exchanges

- Exchange requests must be made within 03 days of receiving your order.
- Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unwashed, tags attached).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +880 170 3237648Â . Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
